Great product and even better service

The backpack is everything they advertise and more. Well built, comfortable, lightweight and more room than I thought. I had to email customer service a couple times as I thought I was missing the fingerprint lock and they were very responsive and helpful! Turns out it was user error (on my end). If you get the lock - it will not show a green light the first time you plug it in, just leave it plugged in for 30-60 minutes and the light will come on showing it is charging. Works perfectly! Would definitely recommend!

The iPhone of backpack

Really love the idea of this modular backpack. As simple as installing the apps into a backpack, I can now use a backpack for all occasions with only switching the Incubes inside.

I had bought the backpack for 1 1/2 years. It still works as new. The fabric is very tough and very waterproof. Even under the heavy rain in Japan, my stuffs inside are always dry.

Recommend all to buy because I am here to buy one for my cousins birthday. (I bought the backpack for GBP175, so now the deal is amazing)

After using it for more than a year, my experience call tell how good it is.

Durable materials - work as new after daily use for almost a year (a few months lockdown excluded)

Nice smooth zippers which can prevent all the rains out.

Modular design which organise my stuffs sooo well, so that I only use a few minutes to interchange between a work bag and a travel bag.

Overall, it’s awesome.
