Could be much better but the main zip seam is not straight so looks poorly made. If that’s a design feature I’m missing the point. Have kept item as customer service query when ordering wasn’t great and unsure if I’d get a refund. For £89 one expects better quality.

The main zip is intended for diagonal as shown on the picture. Also, we haven't received any query from you. If you are not satisfy with the product. You can definitely get a refund. Just drop us an email and we will send you all the details. We cannot do anything for you if we couldn't get any information from you.

It’s ok. Smaller than I really wanted but will find a use

Thank you for you review, but we have over 10 videos on our website and youtube plus numerous photos to show the size if you cannot read the spec details with all the dimensions written. Therefore, anyone can get a very clear picture of the size. That said, putting a 2/5 review which put our small business at risk because you haven't read the info or ask about what you want to put into it is not the right thing to do. We have always answered similar questions even losing orders as a result, because we want everyone receiving our product are satisfied.

Love it, superb attention to detail, plenty of slots and pockets. Great magnetic strap release. 👌
