Great bag, with some caveats

Great bag for run n gun camera works, especially in bad weather. Well padded, spacious main compartment and fit more than advertised. Very water resistant, no problem going out in tropical storm. Internal pockets are on the small side, and won't accomodate bigger camera accessories.
The biggest downside of the bag is the strap. Small strap, with tiny shoulder pad. It is not comfortable to carry a fully loaded bag with this strap.
Highly recommend Instinct London to redesign the strap to be larger with more shoulder padding added, camera gear are not light weight !

Thank you for your purchase and your kind words. When deisgning the strap we tried to get a balance between comfort and bulkyness to avoid heat trapping on the shoulder, we understand it differs on different perons, we will try to get better design for customers like you.

Excellent bag overall, but the strap is a let down

This is a well-made and sleek camera bag. I bought it for my om-5 mk ii and lenses. Everything fits wonderfully, and the bag does not look like a camera bag, a big plus. The strap is just a bit too thin, and also, there is no good quick way to cinch the strap tight so the bag is up against your back, and loosen it quickly so it hangs lower. It's still totally worth it, but design decisions like that strap when everything else was so good, it's just strange. The water bottle pockets are a big thing for me, plus the built in under the bag straps.

Pro tip:
On your situation of slipping strap, you can tie a knot at the loose ends of the strap to stop it passing through the aluminium hook. You will then have a perfect bag.

Love the product along with the blue colorway!! Would love to see this available in a small size too like 3.5L

Comfortable bag but strap slides with heavy load

It is a very comfortable bag to wear wearing it cross body on the left front as I am also wearing a backpack for hiking. It is easy to get gear in and out compared to the Peak Design 6L it is replacing, Also access to pockets is much better. Fabric and zippers are likely rain resistant but no real test yet.
The bag has different attachment points and I am using the top on the right and the side one on the left allowing the bag being close to my body. The only issue I had that the strap got longer over time carrying relative heavy equipment (right side attached to the upper loop) so I started to hit the bag when stepping up and had to adjust it several times. I wish there would be a more secure way to lock the length of the strap.
